Any Elgg Experts in the house?

I’m playing with a copy of Elgg to see if it’s better suited for Teachers 2.0 than the current Drupal setup.  Through trial and error I’ve gotten through most of the errors I encountered when installiing the thing, but I still have one more that keeps popping up on the top of each page.

Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
