You won’t find me on most social media, as they’ve gotten progressively worse over time. Many of the accounts I used to have are now deleted. Others are locked because I won’t provide untrusted companies more information for them to store and sell.
I’ve been using Mastodon since 2017 and while it has it’s flaws, the fediverse seems to be in better shape than anything owned and run by a large company.
I maintain a somewhat updated list of sites I use here, but keep in mind other than my personal Mastodon account there’s little to do with education over there.
Also, if you send me a follow request on Mastodon, there’s a strong possibility that I won’t accept it if your own account on the e is lacking or you’re following 5000+ accounts already.
